The “Second School” takes a viewpoint that the “First School” is focused on obtaining as much as possible from a formal description of information structure.
The Second School appreciates this effort, because it is really hard work and because the concepts expressed in W3C and some part of the OASIS specification are building a capability that is foundational to the “Web”.
