This thread is being extended starting this date to preserve the initial discussions on ontology based modeling of complex social processes.

Wendy,

(Wendy Tremayne in one of the community leaders in T or C,  NM)

I would like very much for you to be fully aware of all of the players and what we are going to propose (to the Governor's office and to others).

As the terrain of time is crowded and we, e.g. those of us who have known that a new world order is becoming manifest, I would like to outline for you, with cc to a few of those who may be or are involved in Resilience New Mexico, some discussions that I had with David Sargert,

http://www.sargertdesign.com/

First I would like to give to Reinhold Ziegler

http://www.synergyii.com/execsum/index.html

the web site of my uncle's company

www.openenergycorp.com

where the Sun Cone (TM) technology is available.

Reinhold, please be aware of this new alternative technology (Sun Cones) so that as the project moves to the next step we can make informed choices over how to install all possible technologies arranged as a ecosystem under the design process that David will be talking to us about.  (One of the issues may become the price of PV systems as the demand skyrockets.  So what are the full spectrum of alternatives?)

Open Energy Corp does not have the long history in the alternative energy sector that Synergy does and yet are in some sense competitors...  We know that a new business ecosystem is emerging and that we as individuals are playing differential roles in this emergence.

The next proposal is to develop a ten-acre farm outside of Truth or Consequences (T or C) NM using the design process that David has used in many residential, hospital, commercial property.

David and I and everyone needs to be compensated for time spent as we have been involved in a long struggle, a struggle that has given us wisdom which now can be used to minimize over all costs and to bring additional money to the group.  (I am hoping that the "group" will see a privately held corporation with stock for investors and in kind compensation.)  However, we also need to know that 20 K is available for design and preliminary work; perhaps 40 K  for initial technology; plus the purchase of the land.

www.sargertdesign.com  is David's website.

As David and I discussed this morning; the design process itself is not communicated in his web site, so I ask that everyone realize that I have specific reasons why I am talking about design processes and principles of design.  I also know that David and I will collaborate to create an instrumented micro-process measurement technology that adds living filters and generators to a subsystem that stores energy by elevating water.  This technology is consistent to the design of "living machines" as see in various publications.  The technology will also use the fine rectification of electrical energy to created new kinds of processes that have not as yet been seen, except in my mind and in Reinhold's mind and a few others (Tesla?).

New patent production and training/education in a resort type environment is envisioned.

The technology suppliers, Open Energy Corp and Synergy, have design capabilities also, particularly Synergy.

Letting a whole lot of issues rest, I will move on to the very high level description of a project that seems to really want to start over the next few weeks.

See the attached satellite picture (the property is about three miles into the canyon from the arrow).

Animas (Spirit) Creek and the Rio Grand River

See then the .bmp file "Sargert rendering", as a example of a three dimensional design rendering using software that David is a master of.

One of the many rendering produced by Sargert

His initial work would be to design technology installations onto the Resilience Project property and to create a template for similar installation designs in the Animas (Spirit) Creek Canyon region, including a significant solar and wind installation on the flat desert mesa to the southwest of the Canyon.

These design elements, a process development methodology, a financing model for both acquiring and installing living environments, and a five year development plan for the region would then be communicated to the Governor (in mid summer 2007).  Large scale funding is then to be sought, based on an operating deployment and on community response.
