Notion of sub-stratum covering over a response space

This notion of a sub-stratum covering over a response space is the proper notion in which to create a fully adaptive measurement system, one that produces a system of evolving signs.  Measurement induces the signs, the system of signs and the meaning of the signs in various context.  The measurement is, however, not of the same quality that living systems, or even physical systems, make [1].

The sub-stratum system's instrumentation must have sufficient means to stream real time information about an object of investigation.  An example would be an autonomous space craft.  These crafts must have sufficient measurement of location and conditions so that humans or automation will pilot the craft.  In the context of cyber agents and cyber agencies, the measurement must acquire streams of data as programed by the system or by humans. In the context of a control system acting on complex objects like an eco-system, the measurement must stream data about environmental conditions and all reactants within the environment. 


The signs will form communicative events driven by the measurement process.  These communicative events will have the form of stratum generated language strings *<*>.   The signs will also be used in the design of stable processes within future service oriented architectures, and will thus have the essential properties of back-plate systems *<*>

There are several examples of sub-stratum constructions in the study of natural language *<*>.  Some but not all of these examples may be discussed in public.  The work by Adi is illustrative of the principles from which a specific and fixed sub-stratum to a natural language, Arabic in this case, is postulated and then used to exposit a theory of natural language expression.  *<*>

Examples

So now for the detail needed to create a sub-stratum language for controlling computing processes.  We have one full instance of a sub-stratum computer interface language, but the work is propriatory in its detail so we may not use any examples from this instance.

We must also recognize that our thinking about this notion must come up against a very resilient set of assumptions, and backgrounds, related to scientific reductionism and other forms of fundamentalism. A discussion regarding the need for multi-coherence is relevant since, as pointed out in Sir Roger Penrose's recent books, there are more than one complete theory of everything, and as pointed out by Whitten at Princeton University, in string theory there are four complete theories each which can not be described by any of the others.

As is pointed out in the work by Stu Kaufman on switching networks there is an ecosystem that arises from any sub-strata of interacting systems having a minimal degree of connectivity.  This ecosystem, once formed is stable to strong forms of perturbation.   In Prueitt's work, a theory of coherence is seen to underly the formation of sub-stratum in nature.  *<*>


The key to Prueitt's architecture for sub-stratum interface language formation is that of stratification using Mill's logic *<*>, in the form of the voting procedure *<*>.  Stratification is created through a chunking of data category occurrences.  The chunking is made into organizational layers, stratum, and cross scale logics, Mill's logic, act to compose these chucks into the elements of an other stratum.  The chunking process produces a finite set of scale relative Universals (srU).  *<*>

To apply this architecture to modern computing, each category is forced to use a data template to enable manycore and multicore processing.  This forcing results in a finite and fixed transaction memory set
*<*> , and reflect the demands of a framework (set of perspectives) *<*>.  The framework may vary, but should have the quality that anything that is to be represented, in any relevant process, flow may be described using the enumerations from the framework.

The notion of a sub-stratum covering space over a response space fits within Prueitt's tri-level architecture.   The response space exists as the middle of a three layer cover, three covers existing at different time scales; and the sub-stratum is like a phonetic "back-plate"*<*>.

The clopen quality, closed but open, is resolved using mechanism derived from immune and cognitive theories.

[1] The physical system like an atom or chemical compound responds to gravity and many other aspects of physical reality, and this reaction is in response to a direct measurement.  We take the difference between such physical systems and a human individual to be a function of intentionality as empowered by the mechanisms of the brain, those supporting memory, awareness and anticipation.
